Redstone Meadery® releases Redstone Reserve
Black Raspberry Reserve Wins "Best of Show" at Mazer Cup 2003
BOULDER, COLORADO - Redstone Meadery, a winery who makes mead/honey wine, announces the release of Black Raspberry Reserve. This mead, now available for purchase, is the first ever in the companies "Reserve" line of mead.
The mead was recently judged against other commercial meads at the '2003 Mazer Cup' and received the "Best of Show" designation. This award represents the judge's top pick for the best commercial mead at the competition. Reserve received 46 out of 50 points which is the highest number of points any commercial mead has ever received at the competition.
In the Redstone Meadery tasting room the beverage is referred to as "Liquid Love". David Myers, owner of Redstone Meadery states, "Reserve is a warming, dense, velvety, sinful, luscious, sweet beverage and like nothing you've ever had." Myers takes black raspberry puree adds three honeys and blends in 'The Love'. Every sip is a taste explosion that will do each appreciator proud.
With only 900 bottles to be released in 2003 the Boulder, Colorado tasting room is the only place the beverage will be sold. Visitors can purchase a 1-ounce sample or a bottle to-go.
