The Beverage Institute says: 88 out of 100 points!
“Old gold color with a slight haze. Pure orange blossom and honeycomb aromas. A round entry leads to a off-dry light-to medium-bodied palate with delicate wildflower honey and orange macerated water. Finishes with a nice drying tang of citrus peel and flowers. An excellent aperitif style mead with enough acidity and fruitiness to work with spicy foods as well.” (tasted on 2004-06-01)
